Here is a case study for Mr. Y in Mie Prefecture. Traditionally, OPP sheets were cut manually with a cutter, but as the number of processing facilities has decreased, there were concerns about not being able to place orders in the future. Therefore, there was a consultation about whether it could be processed by machine. Since there was a track record of processing sheets, I thought there would be no problem. However, the cut surface from a cutter and the one melted with a hot blade would differ, so in order to get as close as possible to the cutter's finish, we carefully selected the temperature and the hot blade, resulting in a product that satisfied the client. Furthermore, regarding delivery times, processing by machine resulted in quicker finishes, eliminating any waiting time.
